I really don't believe what you've just said, however I'll answer anyway.

Just because he's your brother, it doesn't mean you can't get pregnant from his sperm. So yes he was lying. And If this is true, you should be getting a pregnancy test and never let this happen again, it's illegal in most parts of the world.

But on to your question, yes, if you're human, you're actually female, you actually have a brother, and you actually live on Earth, then its possible that you could have been impregnated by your brother. I would get a pregnancy test and then tell him if he ever does that to you again you'll have him arrested... And then you should try to discover your own identity; gender identity crisis is a real problem that needs to be addressed in today's society, as is MPD.
