I looked it up .. it is stretching the penis to make it larger over time.

For anyone who don't know 'jelqing' in an exercise for the penis thats ment to be benificial. People claim it breaks down the lil tiny walls inside the penis and when they grow back they're bigger and stronger making the penis bigger. Sounds painful but its no worse than wanking.

You make an Ok sign with your thumb and index finger then slowly move it up the 50 - 75 percent erect penis with a firm grip. The blood breaks down the tiny walls.
