Growth Spurt . .

Hii , I'm wondering..
I'm about 5 feet now. .maybe a little taller..
I'm 13 have not gotten my growth spurt yet..
I was just wondering,.. how long it ussualy takes for your first spurtt ? and how you knoww .

im sure its coming they saay all poeple are differtn and maybe your just a late bloomer everyone is diffrent and i saw this documentry where they said that late blloomers usualy catch up pretty quikly, so hang in there!

you may have to wait a little while, they generally occur between 13-15 give or take, some boys get them early, others a little later. the most noticeable change is height, you'll actually realise that you're alot taller. i'm not a tall guy but i noticed my spurt. family etc will prob. comment on how tall you are also as an indicator. another change is body composition, you may notice that you 'fill out' by that i don't mean get fat, instead appear more adult like.

you have plenty of time i just turned 15 and ime in my spurt right now i gained 7 inches in less than a year.

I know what it's like to be that way. I think I was exactly around that height when I was 13. So,it should e coming. I'm pretty much in the middle of it now, and I'm going to e 16 soon, but it's different for everyone. Your body could be preparing for it right now for all we know!

yea dnt worry i got my growth spurt when i was 12 and i think im still going through it

I just hit my second growth spurt and at start I was 5'9 and now I'm 5'9.3. I'm 13 by the way.
