Wease, can you please elaborate? I thought blue balls only happened when you do not ejaculate and the blood from the erection ends up pooling or something. Testicles hurt for the same reasons any other part hurt: You bruise them. My bet would be that if you 'came hard' (whatever that means), there was, um?, a lot of vigorous hand movements and such that probably knocked your testicles along the way, creating a little bruise.
