I experience that sometimes. If you like guys, be with guys, its the rule i stick to.

No, it's because when you've done it with a guy, it feels like the prejudices of society are watching you. (Makes no sense sorry) But what i'm trying to say is that it isn't your body saying its wrong.... its a collection of cells, it can't tell you anything about your sexuality.
Basically, after you've done it with a guy, it feels weird and you feel guilty because all your life (dunno exact but its pretty much the same with everyone) that it isn't 'normal' to do it with a guy, because its 'mummy' and 'daddy' who do it.... see what i'm saying?
But yeah nothing is telling you not to, its just the embarrassment.

Interesting.
Do you want to keep doing it with people? Usually guilt means something. Do you feel like that when you have sex with girls?
Decide if u like guys or girls
That attitude will get you nowhere here

Look I think the first thing, actually the whole thing, is to quit thinking that you're doing something "dirty".
There's nothing "dirty" about sex, its a natural body function and a basic need that all adults have to satisfy. If you get into the mindset that its dirty to have sex with a girl then it will probably seem dirtier to have sex with a boy.
I guess there are a lot of us gay or bi guys (probably girls too) that are uncomfortable with not being straight, or wish we were. If you feel like this, and I know I do, then when you indulge in any gay activity or even just a fantasy, then you will feel this guilt.
It doesn't affect your sexuality, or mean you should stop doing anything your comfortable with. It just suggests you're having difficulty adjusting to and coming to terms with your sexuality, and your never going to be the only one there!
