i have recently become great friends with this amazing girl, but she has a boyfriends. from my previous experiences it like we are going out exept without the sexual stuff. like together all the time at school and everthing.

i like her alot but i know the other guy and he is also nice.

there isn't much you can do except wait and see if they break up. if they do break up at some point, then i think you should take your chance and ask her out if you really like her, but until then you just have to stay as friends.
