It's only really bad if it gets too big, but that's still in the average range for when you're older. It could just mean that this part of puberty happened right now, and it won't grow too much later, but either way, it's normal.

Now when you say seven inches, do you mean when erect or flaccid? Because that's f****ing amazing if you are seven inches flaccid. XD

well make sure that you (and your friends) are meeasurimg correctly. There are official measuring techniques...I found them on wikipedia. Also maybe ur friends mean 3 inch when flaccid. That cud be the case because 3 inch is a normal flaccid length.

Anyway if the measurements are correct then yes, u are big and they are small. But they have time to grow, so no worries for your friends.
