I need some serious help! Im soo confused. Im not soo sure of my sexual orientation. a part of me wants me to think im bisexual but the other part of me really thinks im gay. I knoww i like girls I feel emtionally and physically attracted to them and i could see myself dating one. The only thing is im not so sure about guys. I still think a majority of guys are hot, but when it comes to making out and sex i just dont feel like attracted anymore. I have gone decently far with guys and did not feel attracted. hellpp mee

First off, you live disturbingly close to my town.

Second off, how old are you? Age can be big in determining what's going on and what your sexual orientation is. If you're thirteen or fourteen, you're probably still going through phases and its tough to tell what your actual sexuality is. If you're seventeen or eighteen you've probably already been through said phases and you're probably more set on a specific sexuality, though I still believe that anyone can change their sexuality at any time and that there is no sexuality set in stone.

I'd say you're probably bi/bi-curious, but you're probably leaning more towards girls. But then again, I can't get inside your head, so I don't know how you really feel...

My advice would be to wait it out a bit and sort through what you are feeling.
I think for you things will fall into place in time :)

As your only 14, it's really not a major issue that you can decide upon now. Puberty, hormones etc raging around your body confusing your thoughts and feelings.

I'm afraid, you'll only find out what your true feelings aer when your done with puberty, and that ends in early twenties ish..

so I'm sorry, but you'll have to wait, just deal with it, and enjoy your youth.

Anyway, I agree with ILOVEYOU, just relax first, at this age your sexual orientation can go all over the place for a while, and it will stabilize to where its gonna stay at about 17 or 18, if not by the time your 20. Chill out about it!

I totally agree with the two of you here and also Requin.

The good thing about being a teenager here is that you are free to experiment and have fun with out having to worry about what others think of you as you grow older as adults.

My advice to you is if you think you are gay or bi then you should find out. You have stated already that you have gone far with guys, well try doing something with girls too then. This will help you make up your mind to see if you are gay, bi or straight and just going through the phase that every teenager goes through during puberty because of the high levels of hormones.

lol, yeah, sure, anyone has reasons for anything. i hate them because i really dont see ANYTHING hot or even likely in a man's body, its normal, i (as a male) have a body and something especially for my own sex, but its not enough, if you get what i mean, i mean, Gay, is about beeing not completed, you know two spikes cant fix anything, till we get a wall or a hole to put them into it. what i mean is, men are spike and women are the hole (for example) and a hole without a spike, a spike on the ground are not usefull and we know we call them shits.
i Really dont see anything likely in gay. being straight is the big thing.

Okay, it might be really hard to admit your sexuality.
and this doesn't mean to your family but to youself
i myself have a friend who wasn't sure if she was gay or not.
although it was hard to come to terms with it, she finally saw sense.
It does depend on your age and how long you have been thinking about it.
if you are young then you might just not be sure yet, and i wouldnt judge anything untill you are certainly sure.
if you havn't been thinking about it for more than a few months then you might just be going through a fase.
If your definately sure about your sexuality, come clean
its the best thing to do.

It's just who you fall in love with. You could love anyone. You can deny it as much as you want or accept it as much as you want, but its still a part of you. You described me almost perfectly. I'm wondering if I'm straright but curious, or if i'm bi. I don't think I'm gay because, like you, I'm emotionally and physically attracted to girls. My attraction to guys is strictly physical. I've done things with my best friend and enjoy the sexual satisfaction I get out of it, but there's no emotional attraction, that is, I'm not in love with him, or any other guys.
I think I'm too young to be sure yet and I think my feelings might change as I get older. I haven't done anything with a girl and that might make me lose interest in guys when I do. I don't worry much about it right now and just enjoy the fun things I do.

If your going through puberty and arent sexually attracted to men then chances are you are probably straight. Almost no one is 100% straight or gay. In your case, well... maturity is a factor. If you feel you are very mature, then your attraction to guys may just be that you can see and admit that a guy is attractive. Im 14 too and trust me there was a stage right before puberty where all I wanted to do was have sex with a guy. Obviously that has changed, but I am gay so now more then sex, I want a guy I can tell anything, kiss, hug, and all the lovey things that I like ;D
