Well i'm 16 and my penis still hasn't grown. I started puberty at 11 and pretty much went through all the stages except this one. I'm kinda worried.

and also my penis is 4.75 inches. Is that small for my age?

Everyone develops at different rates and different time through puberty. Puberty also carries on for a long time, you'll probably be in it for another 4 or 5 years, so there is plenty of time in which to develo;. And 4.75 inches isn't that bad really. You're slmot in the average range for an adult, and you'll probably reach it soon. :)

Yeah there is a chance that you won't grow much bigger. But Rex is right here you will probably grow larger and you do have time to grow still you can still mature and go through puberty into your early 20's.
