How Do You?

Hey VT Staff, Will again here with my 150th (yay!) post, 21st? started thread.
I have noticed that some people on VT have totally custom signatures like Ziggy's and Beautiful Silence's. I was wondering, how do you make these and put them as your signature. Is there something they just did by themselves then posted, or is there a link or feature on this website that lets you do those things?

I assume they do them with a image program such as Photoshop or Paint, because I don't it would be very possible to have a website that can make such customized images- it would be like an online image editor which would be hard to create, and probably cost a lot.
As for how to insert it into your sig, Andy and Gwyn got it. Just use the tags.
