It's kinda like a thing people generally do but don't have to. Like some people grunt when they play sports because it apparently helps them. Moaning in sex is somewhat a sign of pleasure and sort to the mind, so people do it, not necessarily naturally though.

Porn is not real life, it's acting. The people involved are professional fornicators, they do this for a living, so it's detached for them. All the moaning and groaning isn't based so much on physical or emotional intensity, it's more an affectation, a 'put on', or exaggeration of reality, like the porn itself.
