I am an "in the closet" bi teen. I have come out to select people. I want to come out to my best friend in the whole wide world, i mean we tell eachother everything so i kinda fell bad not telling him this. The only problem is he's sumwhat of a gay-basher. What should i do?!?!

... Not tell him. There's no need to put a good friendship on the line, when you're interested in both genders anyway.. so he needn't know.

If you want to maintain the friendship then don't tell him. However, is he genuinely a homophobe or does he just joke around? I make jokes about gays, yet my best friend is gay and I myself am bi-curious, and I also have a few genuinely homophobic friends. I found that my preference and their bigotry didn't come between our friendship. I am sorry that I can't help more, but I would say that you have to judge it based on how strong your friendship is.

If he's really your best friend and knows you very well, whatever his bluster he might already know without you needing to tell him. Otherwise you need to think whether he's really a good friend if he would change his opinion of you if you told him.

Dont tell him!!! Trust me im BI to and i told some of my friends some were BI some wernt... But this week i told my BESTFRIEND and he did not take it well....i mean we tell other everything....he evend said that this might brake our friend ship.......it hurt me on da inside but i did not show it....that is the first person thatdid not take it well. DONT TELL HIM!!!!!!!!!!!

OP: I'd advise you not to tell him, But if you want to Maybe make a few jokingly sort of remarks about you being gay and see how he reacts. Just make sure you say it in the right context to be able to easily laugh it off as a joke. but serious enough for him to think its real for a few seconds.

Well it is best that he finds out some day. I think he will understand.

Just be careful how you tell him and he might get mad at first but if he is really your best friend he will accept you for who you are and not your sexuality.
