Help!

I have a problem...with my nipples. Whenever i go to a public pool, i always notice that all the guys' nipples are dark and hard. My nipples look like a child's. They're pinkish-white and are always soft in less its super cold. i was taking the stage calculator, and i use to have lumps under my nipples, but now they're gone. I was wondering:

Does anyone else have this? If so, what's your age?
