Yes, you really should see a doctor... quick too that could be an STD/I [depending on what you're describing]

First. DON'T PANIC - in big friendly letters. :-)

Secondly, there is a name for this that I cannot remember but what I can recall is that you should NOT squeeze them. That's a bad idea.
I'm afraid I've drawn a blank from here on....

The thing I will recommend is that maintaining good hygine is important. Wash it more, but gently. I honestly can't remember much more, I'm sorry.
Others will tell you..but I would still recomend going to the doctor, just to see what they say and if they can give you a special something..

But it's nothing extremley serious I think..

EDIT: Have you had sex?? Or any form of sexual act?
If not it can't be an sti.

Whatever it is, it's not right... therefore a doctor is your best option as he can give you professional advice (which we can't).

As Requin said, though, don't panic. It's not going to kill you, but you should get it sorted as soon as you can.

The internet is not always the best way of getting answers. (Unless it's VT of course :-))

A real doctor in a clinic is best.

Just see a doctor, it's nothing to be worried about!

I've heard these have nothing to do with STIs, like Requin I have no idea what they are but it is nothing to worry about and are very common but go see your doc and they'll tell u what they are.

After some research, I found these are called penile papules and usually no treatment is necessary, however you may want to go to your GP to confirm what they are just in case...

Many thiongs could cause it, genital warts (yep, thats right), testimonial lumps, a smaller std, or just somthing from birth. Anyway, you should see a doctor, is an embarrising thing to do, but i would advise it, but don't hurry, it wont be serious, unless it hurts, or has black dots on it...

Hirsuties papillaris genitalis

You might have this, commonly known as pearly penile papules. Its very common, and totally harmless. If you don't have that, then you might want to see a doctor to verify.

I heard they could be removed by a C02 laser if you want them removed.

They are called Pearly Penile Papules.
They are basically little bumps that tend to cluster around the rim of your penis. They are totally safe and usually cause minor irritation. I don't think you should be worried.
If you do a quick google search then yous hould be able to find more info. Good luck
