As long as your masturbating doesn't interfere with your everyday life (i.e. instead of hanging out with friends you stay at home and masturbate all afternoon) then you're totally fine.

Heck, during the summer when I have lots of free time I masturbate 3 times a day sometimes. I think its safe to say that MOST guys around our age are horny very often. Don't sweat it.

Example: A person likes drinking, but they are not addicted to alcohol and can control their feelings therefore they are not an alcoholic.

However, addiction is when jacking off takes over your life. For example, when jacking off consumes you to the point that you no longer take interest in normal things like going out, going to school, hanging with friends etc, then it is considered addiction.

A guy could jack off five times a day (10min each time) and it could be considered perfectly fine. However, if a guy were to jack off for hours and hours every single day it can be considered addiction as it is becoming a priority over normal things.
