just a few days ago i've started get a few spot (3-5)
does this mean im not clean enough because i shower every day there is just the odd day where i don't have time

Firstly well done for keeping clean, just remember aswel as having a shower you must wash your face.

If you mean on your face, then welcome to advanced puberty. There is nothing you can do to prevent spots you are just one of us unlucky buggers, but there are treatment creams to remove the apperance of spots.

However achne can appear on other parts of the body such as the back or even lower down your body.

Eventually...they will yes. But for now. Just maintain good cleanliness, wash your face with soap. Or get some spot stuff to put on them.

Also, make sure you eat healthy. Plenty of fruit and veg to mix with the usual stuff.
