Private Messages UPDATE

i think that the private messages message box should pop-up in a small box then when sent it closes on itself, if possible. ok.. it does ask you if you want it to pop-up but it brings up a whole new page.
It should be a small, quick job then you can carry on doing what'cha gotta' do :]

wow, the day has come. ant doesn't know how to do something!!! :P:P:P just kidding. yeah, nice idea but the current pm system works well anyways.

ant your an Administrator how do you not know how to do something? Who were the first Admins anyway?
I do think the PM system needs an upgrade, it does get confusing sometimes.

Just because I'm an administrator doesn't mean I'm all knowing and can write custom hacks on the fly. There are a lot of things I don't know.

The PM system has changed little ever since like the last 2 major vB models....
so it must work fine.
I am not completely understanding what you want but you can have a window pop up and say "you have a new PM" like when you log on or when you refresh a page...thats pretty useful...and even if you cancel, it shows up in your notifications until you view the PM
