Late bloomer?

Im wondering if im a late bloomer or something.
I have a small amount of pubic hair above my penis, my penis' is around 3 inchs while erect (im canadian so i use the metric system so i might be wrong). I can't cum yet, and in the last 3 months i could pull back the skin on my penis to reveal the head.
In the last year i've grown around 6 inches taller, and i sweat a lot randomly even though i never used to sweat, I have no facial hair.
I'm 13 and my birthday is in June, im possibly suicidal but i don't have the guts to actually do it.

Being a late bloomer is one of the most frequently asked questions in VT. Most people worry that they're a late bloomer because friends the same age as them might be a lot different. Everyone develops at different times and paces then other so your totally fine don't worry. I can tell you you'll begin to see a lot of changes soon though.

You probally just started puberty and you have years of puberty ahead of you, so dont worry.

OU are definately in puberty, I can tell you that. But everyone goes through puberty at different times, rates, etc. Plus, it's not all in the same order for everyone...so I don't think you're a late bloomer. Plus, it's normal for teens to think about suiocide at this time in their life. You're not suicidal, not unless you attempt it. I think about it too, but I've never tried. Completely normal.
