Well, i have a good friend that is 'gay' and its just been bought to my attention over msn messenger that i am being seen gay through oter peoples eyes because i have a gay friend.. what should i do?

a) ignore them
b) fight back and convince them im not gay
c) stop being friend with mike (gay friend)
d) other? please tell me what :S

and i was just wandering, why do people think theres something wrong with people being gay? :mad::mad::mad:

A.) Ignoring them would be a good option, because we probably don't want anything bad to happen if fighting occurs.


B.) Don't you mean "not gay"? Well, if you can find a way to do that, then that's good, I guess. What kind of ideas do you have?


C.) Out of your three options, this is the least best. Don't let those idiots ruin the friendship. There should be a better way to solve this issue.

b) probably not your best bet, because frankly, no one will beleive you

The origonal question: because it's different. very very few people are gay compaired to the 'normal' straight population (note ''), and people have issues with that.

Ignore them. ignore any negative comment, for that matter. Don't make a scene and give others the pleasure of seeing you angry and complain. Same thing goes with stealing, if someone takes my stuff I ignore them as long as it's in my viewing range and they give it back because I don't fight back and they don't get to make fun of me. Just ignore it. And gays are seen as weird and wrong because their is less of them, and people try to make themselves more secure by saying being gay is wrong. It's a personal decision, and anyone who mocks it is immature and an idiotic a-hole.

First of all, there is NOTHING wrong with being gay, being a lesbian I am rather biased though. However it's natural, you simply can't help who you are attracted too.

About your friend, stay friends with him and ignore the others. You know that you are not gay and you are comfortable, so who cares about them! If you fight to hard to be 'seen' as straight that may actually convince them more that "you are gay" because you may look like you are trying to hide it.

'Gay'? It's not like it's a mystical disease that no one really knows anything about and so when you speak of it it warrants the use of apostrophe's.

I agree, there is nothing wrong with gays. they don't deserve to die, and noone should hate them. It's like hating a ginger, or a blonde. Only slight differences like that makes up who someone is, and never imagine what someone would be like if there was something different. If someone wasn't a ginger, then maybe they might not get piced on and might lead a happier life. But if they weren't, then their would be a dramatic effect on how they life goes and could all go for the worst. People are who they are and no one deserves to die for it! I find that offensive!
