is it normal to have an odor that comes off on your finger when you touch your genital area? even after i get out of the shower, i still get that smell when i touch that area, but it's not on other areas.

It's ok to have a little odor. The vulva isn't an area most girls really wash in the shower (nor do you need to), so its ok if theres still some smell after. The only thing you need to watch for is if the odor smells fish-like, or like sour milk. That can indicate a yeast infection or other problem that your doctor should sort out. You should also keep an eye (or nose xP) out for any particularly strong odors. you should really only be able to smell it when you're changing your underwear, or using the restroom, or other time when you're not really covered down there. It's ok if you happen to catch an occasional whiff, it happens, but you shouldn't be noticing it all the time.

Especially during puberty, the vagina tends to excrete some discharge, and this is likely what you're smelling. As long as the discharge isn't greenish or particularly yellow (off-white isn't a problem), everything is probably normal. If the smell is really bothering you, but nothing seems to be wrong with you, you can always start wearing a thin pantiliner. That way, you can change it whenever you feel like it and the smell won't be stuck in your panties all day.

yes you will always have a natural oder. but when you smell it when your not touching it or going to the bathroom or if its just really strong then you have something to worry about.

you have Vaginal Discharge which occurs during puberty. I had that but when i get dressed for skool or 4 the day i spray perfume on my underwear lolz
