My friend is now 14 and a half. She has absolutely NO symptons of puberty. She is really self-consicious as all of the boys in our school slag her about it. She came over to me today and asked me what she should do. I told her to maybe go and buy a padded bra and stuff it, but gradually, as not to be flat one day and completely developed the next day. Should she go to the doctor and get checked? Thanks in advance!:)
