I'm 13, and like I don't know what's the average "size" of a penis for my age. When I'm soft, it's like 2-4 inches, and hard its like 5-7 inches. Depends on what mood. I just wanna know if this is a good size or to small!!! Also because in the locker room, I see guys looking at my thingy and I don't know why! So please help!!! Thanks!
