I know this is like every boys dream to have like a perfect six pack...its just so annoying..i just want one grrrr arg lol
anyway whos got one and who wants one?
(I guess ive got one comming through so im ok! lol :D )

I go to the gym about once a week so it's coming along nicely, but i eat alot of shit rather than vegtables. Do some crunches when you get up and before you go to bed.

All these health people say eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day but no-one does that. I just drink a lot of juice + smoothies. There's no shortcut unfortunately

a doctor can do a simple test on you or if you join a gym, they'll do it for you. All you have to do is stand on this machine and thats it

welshlad you cant get it tested by standing on a machine .. you have to get this little device that pinches your skin and tests to see the ratio of fat to bone and muscle . . . it is diff then bmi it is completley accurate

and mccoupe as i remember one time you sent me a pic a long time ago with you and this asian dude with arms arond eachother with complete six packs . . . you also said youare 6 foot .. and if you are six foot and 105 pounds you are completely unhealthy and have no chance whatsoever of getting a six pack

just do leg lifts. . and dont overwork them, it will be the exact opposite of what you think . . . . . they shouldnt be worked more then any othe rmuscle of your body

I'm skinny enough for it, 5'5 2/3 and I weigh at like 110-113... And I was trying in the summer, I started getting a bit of one but it's just not worth it imo... IT'd be nice, but, meh, nbd.

such as running
then do like 20 crunches afternoon, and 20 at night

Getting a six pack is piss.

Got my one in three weeks as well as bulking my arms and chest up.

Admitadly I'm still pretty puny but I just put my mind to it and made sure I was never Idle for more than about 15 minutes. Then I did as many crunches, press ups and curls (25 reps, 9.2kg) as I could be bothered.

I'm also eating bare (loads) more and have increased in weight from 8 to 8.75 stone without any extra fat.

yeah 6 foot and only 105 lbs..way way way underweight..I am 6 foot 2 and 230lbs..but that is because, I work out alot.. and I do bodybuilding..so yeah you would be dead at 105 lbs.

ok i am 5` 1" and way 94 pounds. I have no intenchon of ever trying to get a six pack. I do although work out and run 1 mile every other day. i work out for me. I do it to stay healthy and to make my heart strong. I do not do it to look like the abricrombi and fitch guys. I mean if you want a six pack do it for you, dont do it because all the "cool" kids have them. Because every time you do do somthing just because it is cool, you are only renenforcing steriotypes and making it even harder for those who are labled as "losers" by society to be able to have a chance at having self esteam.
