Sorry, guys, the explanation for this isn't so sexual or exotic. Needing to urinate 30-45 minutes after masturbation results from having a full bladder, which in all likelihood is caused by the fact that most guys masturbate a bit after a meal, so it takes a while for the fluid you drink to get thru your body and be passed as urine.

Typically, most people tend to urinate at about the same times, regardless of masturbation.

I actually have to disagree here. There have been MANY times (usually the norm) that I masturbate right after going to the bathroom, yet I still get a very strong urge to urinate within about 15 minutes after I ejaculate. And when I say strong urge to urinate, I mean I feel like I'm going to piss my pants.

I almost never masturbate after a meal- usually long after, and I pee usually withing minutes before masturbating.
Then afterward, I have a need to pee, regardless of whether I can or not (sometimes no pee comes out- I just stand there. Kind of awkward :P)

Guys, it's Ok to disagree with me, but the reason you have to urinate is that your bladder is full, it's about getting rid of waste, it's not at all sexual.
