Surprisingly, today I was finishing off an essay and I had MS Word, iTunes (iPod Touch connected), Firefox, and the System Performance thing open and it was actually running quite well. Of course it it had double or triple that, it might be able to have Aero. LOL

It runs better than our Desktop w/1GB RAM though...

I installed Ubuntu linux as a dualboot recently, and I use it all the time on my workstation for school. I LOVE it. It looks like shit at first but tweak it a bit and add some screenlets and It looks pretty wicked, and best of all it doesn't drain my ram and cpu to look wicked. =]

I tried dualbooting Ubuntu with Vista but its complicatedness (the terminal, using it to install flash player on chrome) and dullness made me uninstall it and stick with Vista. By the way my desktop atm:

Everyone should read it. The games are...okay. But the comics are mad!! I love them!! They're really really hard to get a hold of though. My mom spent years and years searching the internet for one and finally found it. For like $100+
