A rubber band?! As in around the base of your penis?! Why on earth would you want to do that?! If you restrict the blood supply to the penis (which I suppose is the point of it int he first place) I cannot imagine how this would enhance sexual pleasure, although I must confess to never, ever having the desire to try this.

No it's not puberty at all but I put it here because the mods always move anything having to do with that area here. And nobody would use them if they did nothing.

A cock ring or cockring is a ring that is placed around a man's penis, usually at the base, primarily to slow the flow of blood from the erect penile tissue, thus maintaining erection for longer.
I would advise against looking that up. Again, I advise against it.

As for would a rubber band work? I don't think it would be healthy.

do nit try a rubber band around ur penis the cockrings are desgned to fit right so it wont do dammage /minimal damage and u cant cotrol that with a rubber band so do not try it

I'm fair sure that they keep the blood in the penis when it's hard/ish.
And rubber bands are a no go. Though, if you do try it, make sure you have scissors near by to cut it if it gets too tight.

OK MATES i use them. I use trojan cock rings basically you put them on at the base of your penis while whereing a condom and it vibrates the condom its actually verry pleasurable but can hurt if you get one to small.

I know rubber o rings from the hardware store work but I am not sure about putting something from the hardware store on my best friend. And so you like them I will buy one then.
