No you don't always have hair on your chest in great amounts. And i think shving it will give you a REALLY itchy chest.

I dont really take much notice but i think mine got harder, more muscle underneath and less pink.

A 24 y/o shouldn't be seeking adivce on a teen site. His problems are either medical, orpsychological, and his MD would make that determination, and treat it accordingly.

Not every guy gets chest hair, check your dad, these things are genetic, and run in afmilies.
