So what do girls do

...with all the stuff guys gave them, after they break up?

I'm not talking about things like jewelry or something... because you can give those back. Like for example, I gave my girlfriend my Aviator sunglasses, but she gave them back when we broke up, because I could still use them.

But what about things like teddy bears and pictures and stuff? Do you just throw them away or something?

I don't know what other girls do, but I'm a fan of keeping memories. I usually put those things away in a 'memory box' that i have.

i dont have the heart to do anything. they are just there.
but i'm sure if it was a realllllllllllly bad break up, i would burn everything.
other wise i keep them, i like holding on to my memories

Let's see. I've thrown away a few gifts. It was right after a nasty breakup and I didn't want to see them. I kind of regret it now.....

I've saved everything else. All the pictures, the few little love letters type things that I have gotten. I have a box in the back of my closet. It's my boy box. I probably sound like a complete creeper saying this, but I have that box full of all that type of stuff. Doesn't make me upset to see it. I just don't have room for it. I have a few teddy bears, letters, pictures, just some stuff that I had borrowed, but he said didn't want it back. I have a tee shirt from one guy in there that I wore at his house one day. I offered to give it back, but he said to keep it.

I don't throw away those types of things because I no that he bought me that for a reason and everytime I look at it, it reminds me of him but were like brother and sister now so it's kinds wierd but I keep it anywayssss. :]

My best friend has been through this before, she has kept some stuff and returned other things. She said that she kept things from relationships that went well and returned things from the bad ones.
