Is it normal to throw-up from doing snuff? I did it today, it was like my second time. And I got sick as a dog. I didn't sollow any juice. I spit it all in a can. So, is it normal to get sick from snuff?

Yes, eventhough you do not swallow any snuff (or the juice), it causes a reaction in your mouth (salivation) which can make you sick. Also, the stuff in the snuff can be absorbed thru the mouth/gums/cheeks, where it is recognized by the body as a foreign, bad substance, a poison, really, and the vomit response is activated in order to try to rid the body of it.

Snuff, although not inhaled, is linked to oral cancer, as an FYI.

Yeah it is perfectly normal to get sick from smoking, chewing or even using snuff.

I used to get really light headed when I first started smoking.
