I have two questions and here they are:
1. Today in P.E. we were playing some Basketball and someone threw a pass to me that hit me in tI near;y cripplied to the floor because I was in ssoo much pain. Will I be fine in while or will I need to see a doctor?
2. Am I an early bloomer for my? I'm only 13 and my voice has deepened, I'm 5'9, and my dick has grown a lot since I turned 12.

1. It is normal for a boy to be in pain when they get hit in the "area".
2. You are somewhat of an early bloomer.

1: I think you will be fine. Guys get hit a lot there (well preferable not, but its a common 'game' in school these days ), and it's normal to hurt that much. If you are worried however, you can see a doctor.
(Do see a doctor if it still hurts/doesn't get better)
2: Not necessarily. A lot of guys start puberty at 13, and it goes at different speeds for everyone, and things go in different order. It may seem to you like you an early bloomer compared to classmates, but they may be having changes that aren't as obvious, that you aren't experiences yet.

The weird thing is, most kids in my grade are under 5'5 and there are only about 15 other guys that I that are as developed as me. And that's out of a 1000 kids in our grade.

As before, just because they appear less developed, it doesn't make it true.
You are taller, and have a deeper voice. For all you know, their penises could be longer than yours.
There are more changes than just physical as well. Mental and emotional changes are a huge part of puberty. They could be maturing mentally and emotionally in ways you are not, which would make you and others at about the same stage, just going along different paths.

First of all were you bleeding or anything and did the pain go away? and second you sound a little early but that isnt bad at all.
