Right, I'm at the point where i feel ready for sex. However the only thing putting me of is that i don't think i will last long, i will only probably last about 5 minutes, and i will get really embaresed. Is there anything i can do ?
Cheers:)

The part when you insert your penis into the woman's vagina which the actual 'sex' bit. Apparently, that part doesn't last very long, it's the whole experience that matters. Sex is enjoyable and is about all of it. The cuddling, the experience of being naked together etc...so don't be worried.

But surely, if your worried about not impressing your woman when having sex, then doesn't that mean that your not fully ready yet??
But I guess that is a common worry for men.

As Joe said, the actual sex part, where you are putting your penis i her vagina, never really lasts long, especially your first time.
The tales of long hours of sex, like you may have heard, is merely combining the foreplay (masturbation, oral sex, cuddling, etc.) and sex and calling it all sex.

Also, like Joe said, if you are worried about how she will react, is she really the best partner for you?

Like the guys say, take you're time over the build up. A lot of guys get over excited first time & cum too quick. Make sure you don't just switch off & forget the girl (or other boy for that matter) if this happens, find some other way to help them finish off

You can reduce the speed of which you come, by this i mean take it slow! Have some foreplay fun, this could include kissing, hugging, touching above the waist.
Once you feel you have done this for long enough you can explore below the belt, again this doesnt have do lead straight to sex.

Once you feel that you're ready to go, check with her first as girls can change their minds, if you get the thumbs up then you are good to go. This can go slow and make it very passionate or if you feel too horny then you can take it fast, but if you do it fast then you are likely to come earlier.

Even after you pleased her and yourself, there can be fun cleaning up (not goin to go into details but im sure you can use your imagination).

Foreplay comes before that, which will last a long time. When you put it in it'll be over pretty quick.

You can make it last longer by "doing other things" first

i doubt you are ready, i have yet to meet a teen who really is. Make sure you use protection if you do tho because i know for a fact you are not reedy to take care of a kid...and be aware that condoms are not 100% effective.

Not accurate. If you wear a condom, after you ejaculate you must withdraw so there's no chance of semen is spilled.

And even if you did take it off, you wouldn't want to go back at it.
Unless you wash your penis with soap and water (major turn off :P) it will still have semen on it.
