Do you feel extremely spoiled when you are not?? I hate that feeling towards my parents and they don't spoil me at all. And do your parents take you anywhere you want and they hang out with you and you feel like you got what you want even though your hanging out with them?? I hate this feeling!!!

This feeling is one of those that can either make you feel sad, mad, happy, or many others. The best way to accept this feeling, which you have to do, is to just live with it. Know that you are lucky to have a house, clean water, food, transportation, not a risk of death everyday. It's true, we are spoiled, just not in some ways.

I don't allow myself to feel like that. My parents don't pay for my things. They pay for my necessities, and I buy the embellishments. They buy my food, and my heat, and my house to live in. I buy my own clothes, pay for my cell phone, pay to do things with my friends. I like it that way. If I want something, I buy it.

But yes, in the past I have felt spoiled before.

i'm trying to be more independent now to avoid that feeling you have. i still scab off my parents for non essential stuff a bit, but i have a job now and i know if i want things, i have to buy them myself.
