Be thankful that there's *stuff* out there that can make you feel better.

Everyone needs something, this is your 'thing'. Treatment and medication are TEMPORARY, they're there for the time being to help you sort out what's going on and to take the edge off until you learn how to cope with whatever bothers you.

Take the meds, work the therapy, it doesn't make you 'Different', it makes you more like what you see as the rest of the world.

You taking meds, having therapy, whatever else your doing to help you, doesn't make you different from anyone else. You just need a bit of help to laugh and smile and have fun.

I know the idea of taking meds to make you 'be normal' seems like a sad concept but you won't be on meds all your life, just for now because obviously something is bugging you, and thats why your taking the meds in the first place.

The meds are just taking the edge off the problem, so until the problem goes away, the meds will be there.
