Does anyone get crazy twitches around your body a lot like the eyes calfs sides of stomache. My sister and her friend randomly said they get them in there eyes. And I was like ok there's nothing wrong with me but anywhere else I have been walking a lot and that could be Charlie horse or me just being extremely active. Any ideas.

If you've suddenly become much more active than normal that could be a factor. Drink plenty of water (8 cups a day is recommended; that's 4 pints, or about half a gallon). If you're exercising more, you're using more water, and dehydration can cause muscle twitches. It could also just be the muscles reacting to being used more. Drink more water, and see how it goes. Also, try to stretch out after any periods of exercise. Not after every time you walk across campus to get to your next class, but if you walk around for a long period, take a moment to stretch. Do your hamstrings, your quads, your calves. To stretch your abs, lie flat on your stomach with your arms bent like you're going to do a push up. Push your upper body up and arch your back as far as is comfortable. Hold for 15 or 20 seconds, relax, repeat. To stretch your back out, try using a yoga position called child's pose (http://www.yogaofthefuture.com/media/childs.jpg). Try to keep your shoulders in line with your spine so your back doesn't twist, and sit there until your back relaxes. You can also twist a little at the hips and move your arms to the side accordingly, to stretch more in the oblique area. It feels good, if nothing else.

If this doesn't help, see a doctor. There could be some nutrient you need more of, or some other underlying cause. It's probably not a big deal, but if your sister is getting twitches in a specific area, often enough to mention it, maybe it is a nutrition thing. After-all, she eats the same stuff you do.

yeah, everyone get's random twitches. Those "Oh, God, take me now!" cramps in the calf (You know the ones, where the sole of your foot gets hard and your toes seperate) are usually caused by overexertion, and those random eyelid twitches just happen. The best thing to do is to drink more H20 (prevents dehydration, a cause for these, as well as flushing out by products of muscle exertion), and eat bananas. Bananas have lots of potassium in them, which are essential to muscle control, movement, and health.
