im not sure if any one here dose drill but??

i ride my instructures horse for drill but shes getting to old iv satarted to ride a new horse hes only 5 so hes still crazy. any way im so used to riding the older horse that my legs arnt as strong any advise on how to build them up again?

ummm.....work it out? I'm not really a horse expert at all, equestrian is tight though if thats what you are talking about
