How to get to know someone.

Basically there is this girl at college who I have liked the look of for quite a while. Lately I have started to notice that she will always be looking at me when she thinks Im not watching. If I turn to look at her, she will turn away quicky, almost embarassed. The only times I see her though are on the bus to and from college, and she has a different group of friends to me.
Today however, I happened to walk past her when I was at work. The same thing happened but she didnt look away. After a second or so we both kind of shyly smiled, and walked off.

I would love to get to know her, but any kind of social situation I find tough, and dont really know the best way to talk to her..
Any tips on how to get talking would be greaty appreciated.

All those emotions get int he way of the simple fact that above all else, she's just another person. Just remember that, try not to get so intimidated by her looks or your feelings or desire.

Start talking with her about the stuff you share in common, like the college, the classes, the bus, the bus ride, etc. Just small talk, nothing too controversial, and remember that she will join in the convo, so it won't be just you talking (or having to come up with the topic and keep it moving along).
