if you're 14 and you went to go buy condoms is it illegal?

It isn't illegal to buy condoms at any age. they are just another item you can go get at the supermarket.

It MAY however, be illegal to have sex at 14 depending on where you live. Yep, kind of strange that you could get condoms if you're not allowed to use them, but it's the truth.

Nope. It's completely legal, and any salesperson that tries to prevent it is in danger of losing their job, and even going to court.

Also, Rex is right, it can be technically statuary rape if you have sex with another minor, if they or their parents press charges.

Nope, it is perfectly legal and they actually encourage teens to practice safe-sex.

no they are not illegal, they would rather have underage teens having protected sex, than having alot more pregnant teens because they couldn't buy condoms

nope its perfectally legal it would be stupid if theyencourage safe sex but dont offer contraception.

I am possitive you can buy condoms at any age, if you dont like the publicity, go to a toilet and theres usually a condom machine on the walls. in a pub near me, theres a Vibrating ring Machine :)

condoms aren't illegal at any age. they aren't like tobacco or booze. but it might be awkward seeing a 14 year old boy buying condoms.

however it may be illegal for you to have sex depending on where you live. but buying condoms cant be used against you as you can simply say that you were going to masturbate with them.

I don't know Rhode Islands, but in general I would say 18+ for the US.
Some states its 16+ but usually not lower than that.
