Hey VT World, Will again here with my special 100th post, 18th started thread. This one is a little different from my usual threads dealing with development and friends, because this is about addiction. For the past couple days now, I have had the problem of wanting to masturbate every time I go to the bathroom. I try not to, but sometimes I cant control it. Its not like I think about masturbating all the time, I almost never thing of it, its just that when I'm holding my penis while I'm urinating I feel sexually aroused, and i want to masturbate. I have only been masturbating for about three months now, and i know most teens masturbate more in the first months they discover it more than they do the rest of their life, but this seems like its different. Hormones, sexuality, or just addiction, I'm not sure what's up, but I want answers!

as Nick has said, if it don't interfere with your life then it shouldn't be a problem. your a horny teenager, and chances are that once your hormones settle a bit more, you'll not get as many urges as you currently get.

Well that is s strange thing to want to masturbate every time you go to the bathroom. I am sure it is just hormones right now. I personally don't think it is a good place to masturbate because it is not the most sanitary place to do so.

I know when I urinate I lose the urge to masturbate and I lose my erection.

I think what you're experiencing is pretty normal, and you pretty much understand it correctly. Being new to masturbation, it's kinda exciting, so it;s not surprising that you'd find yourself suddenly aroused a lot, and taking out, looking at, and holding your penis while you urinate certainly falls under that category!

Not 'addicitive', just very powerful, that sexual drive. It gets easier as you get used to it.

Novelty breeds pleasure. Because you've only masturbating for 3 months, its still pretty novel. You want to do it because you know the immense pleasure you get from it. You haven't been doing it for that long, so its still very very pleasurable for you, because you're still exploring its full potential.
