You didn't say how old you are or if you actually do cum. When I started out it was pretty intense perhaps like you describe. I came first time so so dont know how it would have felt otherwise. If you're young & just starting out I wouldn't worry too much, it will get easier.

Well then. If you say it was good. Then that means you were probably comfortable with it. I have had pains like that. So I guess it's normal.

Just take your time. I don't think you've got anything to worry about here. You might be trying to get too much too soon, take it easy & let your body dictate the pace.

are you sure it was PAIN? what is the tingly orgasm feeling can be deciphered as pain for some people. like for some girls being penetrated is quite painful but as they get used to it it becomes more pleasurable

"Good" pain? Impossible, that's an oxymoron.

Either you're squeezing way too hard, or bearing down way too hard, or you're rubbing the head of your penis way to hard. But, "pain" isn't a part of orgasm.

Relax a bit, kick it down a notch or two, and see what happens.
