If he's not gay or bi then don't tell him. There's no sure way to know if he likes you back if he doesn't say anything so just play it safe.

Hmm...well first of all don't listen to my advise if you're not good friends. Try asking eachother normal innocent questions. Then, when there are few topics left to ask about, ask more personal questions (A.K.A. If he's striaght/bi/gay). If he's bi or gay, then you're that much closer to having a relationship. But don't come on to him just because heis. After awhile try asking him out...I guess. Best advice I can give. But I personally am not satisfied with the last part of my advice. Can anyone else try to make my advice better?
