What do you guys think about it do you think it's better or a bad idea

I personally think that this is a bad idea because if we only use cable and a storm blizzard ect come and knock it out how are we suppose to see what happens to other places near you and isn't that a problem

I'm asking this because me and my cousins kinda argued about this yesterday so that do you think

I've had cable for 8 years no problems. The only time It goes down is if the power is out =]. But really if u have satellite and a blizzard comes wouldn't you expect the same result?

Well with that situation I doubt that the bunny ears TVs would work anyways.
IMO a dish or cable is always better quality, I'm just worried about the people that can't afford it, or the conversion box.

The TV law???
the switch to DTV??
I think its good because it will free up some frequencies for the FCC and its time to usher people into the next generation of technology!

Plus, you don't HAVE to get cable! You can bu a converter and watch the same channels you were watching with the bunny ears

Ah I get what you mean- when a hurricane, or some other natural phenomenon comes through, and knocks out all TV, rabbit ear TV is usually the quickest to recover because it just needs broadcasting, and not necessarily cables?

yes but if all televisions are cable we won't have anything for a while like last time my cable begin to work 2 weeks after the hurricane hit
