Is weight gain part of Puberty? Because I eat moderatly healthy and just randomly gained 15 lbs.

Hi Alex,
Weight gain results from growth. It also results from eating junk foods and being inactive.

Maybe you're pregnant? :P
Make sure you as much varied excercise as you can, otherwise the extra weight is more likely to emerge as fat, when you really want muscle!

where have u gained the weight? it u look fatter then its probably your diet.

From some of your previous posts I remember that you are a fairly athletic guy, and also healthy and muscled, so very likely it is a result of muscle growth. With the homrones that are being released in your body, your body is going to be growing quickly, and sometimes sporadically. Weiht gain is normal in puberty, be it muscle, fat, etc. You're fine.
