Ok just to be sure you know these are hypothetical situation.
If you where going to have sex with someone who you know was a virgin and you where a virgin and she was on the pill would you need a condom.
If you had both bin tested for every STD known and you knew your she was on the pill do you need a condom.
Also is the pill 100% other wise lets just say you where having anal and oral.

Question 1)
In short, the answer to this question is yes. The reason why it is still a good idea to use a condom is that birth control is not 100% effective, and even the box in which birth control is sold makes it very clear about the risk factor for pregnancy.
Another factor about which you need to consider is that you are assuming your girlfriend has not accidentally forgotten to take her pill or that her body is working well for a prescription. Keep in mind that there is a lag time between when a girl starts birth control and when it actually starts to become effective. For some girls things don't work out with their original prescription which is why they have to switch, and you need to make sure everything is working out all right with your girlfriend's medication.
A big factor about which you have to consider is to ensure that your girlfriend is not taking any other medication that might negate the effects of birth control. For example, some anti-biotics have been known to cancel out birth control pills.
Basically, wearing a condom is a good back up as you need to protect yourself above all else especially if you don't want a pregnancy to happen.
Question 2)
If you both are clean for STDs, then you both are not in danger assuming the reports are a definitive negative. The pill has no bearing upon STDs, and a person who is on the pill and has a STD can still transmit one.
Question 3)
If you are just doing oral and anal, then you can't get a girl pregnant and the pill is a non-issue in such a situation.
What I am asking is if you don't have a STD nether dose your partener could you get a STD?
STDs don't appear in a vacuum, and if you both are clean, then neither of you can get a STD.

OK, you can only get an STI form an infected person, so although there are ways to still get an infection (like tainted blood in a transfusion, or kissing someone with herpes), if they haven't done any of that, then they cannot have an STI. STI's don't just come form having sex, they come from sex with an infected person.
The pill is about 99% effective. You can also wear a condom, but as long as the Pill is being used correctly and regularly, and there's no STI's, then a condom is redundant. The problem, is that the chances of two people having no sexual history decreases with age, the older you get, the more partners both are likely to have had, so it's a good idea to use condoms and get used to the idea that they should be worn all the times.
Question 2, about testing: Testing is a good idea for people in long term relationships who are willing to accept responsibility for their sexual actions, and want to substitute another method of birth control for the condom. The issue with AIDS, particularly, is that it can take up to six months for it to be detected by the test. That means, that if someone unfortunately contracts it, the test will not necessarily show it as a Positive for 6 months, eventhough they are still contagious, and have no signs or symptoms. At the very least, even in a committed relationship with someone you love and are willing to accept the consequences of sex without condoms, you should wait at least 6 months before using only the Pill.
I don't understand your last question about 100% anal and oral. The Pill does not protect you from STI's. And some STI's can be transmitted thru anal (Aids, herpes) and oral (herpes).

If both you and the girl are virgins and guaranteed clean of STI's then there is no risk of catching anything if you don't wrap up. The pill is a very reliable contraceptive if its taken properly.
Personally I would still want to wear a condom for anal in case of anything not completely clean

If you where going to have sex with someone who you know was a virgin and you where a virgin and she was on the pill would you need a condom.
Yes. The pill is not 100% effective, nor does being a virgin mean that they have no risk for an STD. Not to mention people can lie about their viginal status and pill status to get what they want. (sex)
If you had both bin tested for every STD known and you knew your she was on the pill do you need a condom.
Yes. Unless you are tested literally 5 minutes prior to having sex, and she has no uterus, you need to use a condom to prevent pregnancy and its just a frankly safe thing to ALWAYS do.
Also is the pill 100% other wise lets just say you where having anal and oral.
Though the pill is good, its not 100%. Also, there are MANY STDs that can be transferred via anal and oral sex.
Basically, no matter what sex you have, whether it be anal, oral, vaginal, or ear (jk) wear a condom because pills aren't 100%, condoms aren't 100% but you need all the safety you can get.
