So, you're saying you're 'dying' (curious word) to try LSD, yet are afraid of the potential effects. Let's see, Hmmm.......and you want us to give you permission? Glad I got first dibs on this one!
Listen to yourself, ask yourself what your hesitation says, and if it's worth the risk.

uh, oh...I hear a rationalization or two in that one! "Everyone" most assuredly doesn't try all those drugs! Besides, whatever the numbers, you have to think for yourself. This all sounds very impulsive to me. At the very least, why don't you just sit with this for a little while and see if you still so urgently need to try LSD later on.
Besides, why do you want to try it?

Honestly, I want to try it to. But I'm a major druggie, and you really don't want to get into stuff like this.... It gets bad...
Really, what's the point? You have some fun, lose some brain cells, have a chance of death or mental breakdown, and end up feeling like complete shit for a day or two. Is that worth a few hours of extremely dangerous entertainment?
Besides, getting the stuff in the first place isn't always all that desirable either.

What are the benefits of doing it?
Curiosity?
Would you jump off a cliff to make sure the result is death?
Or maybe peer pressure?
The old saying- 'If everyone jumped off a cliff, would you too?'
Theres no point. Doing dangerous things for no reason is quite frankly stupid.

Who was it that said not everyone dose it at some point. Everyone I know aside from my brother and he's 18 has dose I know for a fact did take my friend well I will say joe he did it and pot for 10 years and one day he did it and he just did not like it so he stoped. The one thing that I know was done with LSD that makes me not want to do it is this. Someone went to a LSD party in new orleans and woke up 3 days later under a table at a reptile expo in seattle because the guy put in 10 times to much LSD.

If you really want to take it, remember the SSS rule: Self, Setting and Substance.
Self - how you feel. Do you have any worries or are you completely relaxed and anxiety free?
Setting - A place where you feel is safe & comfortable to take the substance. By safe, I mean a place where you won't try to eat a knife thinking it's a banana!
Substance - (Obvious) but in this case it's a powerful hallucinogenic which isn't physically addictive. But you can psychologically crave it. So you think 'yay that was fun' and want to keep doing it.
And as for the Cocaine bit? It's highly addictive. And I really hope you make the right choice and dont take anything.

i have done lsd twice, and it was my first drug(i have done marijuana, lsa, lsd and salvia) it depends, do you want to do it to get "f'ed up" or to experience it and try and get something from it. (Sounds weird but a lsd trip gave the helix dna structure idea to a scientist)
i had two great experiences, both with best friends in good environment(NATURE)
i am not saying you should use it or promote it in any way, but if you were to get it, make sure it is legit, or it could cause permanent damage. goodluck!

LSD was a very different experience for me my first time, especially considering it was my first psychedelic.
I got a TON of energy and was very happy. As far as visuals went it was mostly everything just kind of warping a bit if I focused on it. At no point did I feel I was out of control or simply "gone".
What people say about it getting lodged in your spinal cord and dislodging later is all just a myth. There hasn't been any harmful effects linked to LSD use yet, and getting hurt accidently while tripping doesn't count. Albert Hoffman, the synthesizer of the first LSD, used it many times and died a few months ago. He was over 100yrs old.
Go for it if you think you're ready. Set and setting will probably be the biggest thing you'll have to worry about. Have a sitter over too, this way you won't hurt yourself if everything goes sour and you'll generally have more fun with someone there to talk to.

LSD is a very strong drug. I advise anyone if they try this trug to make sure they are in a safe environent, and to have a "babysitter" to make sure they are ok.

Thought I HIGHLY discourage doing it, if you are going to, make sure that you do it safely so you can't harm yourself or others.
Also, know the effects it can have. Furthermore, I've heard, not positive, that it used to be that if you've EVER taken LSD, you can be referred to as mentally unstable... hm.

It's affects on your body is minimal. How ever what you do while on it is a whole other story. Have someone watch you and make sure you are mentally ready for it.

:what:
First of all, you sound way too young to be experimenting with drugs, much less psychedelic drugs. LSD is a mind expanding experience that I feel in inappropriate for any youth.
Second, if you do choose to do it, you will not get hooked, it's impossible. Even hardcore hippie freaks don't do acid every day, or even every week. Your mind would expand to the point where it would be like 2001 A Space Odyssey at the end where he becomes something more than human.
Wait until your older.

i didn't read any other posts before i posted this so i apoligise if im saying something already mentioned
d-lysergic acid diethylamide ( LSD, acid, cid, drops,) is basically the standard for psychedelics, it is active at extremely low doses, meaning you don't have to take much (depending on your tolerance of course) and is most commonly available on blotters (acid tabs) or in liquid form. the trip can last anywhere from 6-14 hours (depending on your dosage) and effects can range from increase in energy, creative thinking, mood lift, closed and open eye visuals and profound life-changing spiritual experiences, to anxiety, tension, nausea, dizziness, confusion, paranoia, fear, and panic.
it is a regulated Schedule I substance meaning it is illegal to manufacture, buy, possess, or distribute without a DEA license.
the dose which has been lethal to 50% of tested animals (LD50) is 12,000 ug (a single tab usually contains between 30 - 100 ug of LSD.)
12,000 ug is equivalent to 400-120 LSD tabs depending on the amount of LSD in the actual tab
"No well-documented human deaths resulting directly from the toxic effects of LSD itself have occurred, though LSD has been implicated in accidental deaths, suicides, and homicides." by Haddad Winchester page 459 of Clinical Management of Poisoning and Drug Overdose
basically, don't ever try a drug that you don't know about. and while i cannot promote drug use, if you ever decide to take it make sure all the conditions are safe, and you have a good, sober, trusted friend (trip sitter) to make sure you are alright, but all in all LSD is one of the safest "hard" drugs out there,
EDIT: First of all, you sound way too young to be experimenting with drugs, much less psychedelic drugs. LSD is a mind expanding experience that I feel in inappropriate for any youth.

ummmmm.....im not trying to tell any young kids to go out and try acid but, back in the day when LSD was first invented little kids WERE using it and they were mature enough to handle the spiritual and physical adventure that is acid...if you don't believe me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQQJfoRzefM watch that
and as for not being able to get hooked, that's not ENTIRELY true. while you cannot be physically addicted to LSD, you can be mentally addicted to it...but you can get mentally addicted to anything so thats not really a worry.
and if you did acid every day you wouldn't be "more than human" you would be insane...period. acid can and IS a GREAT thing in moderation, it can prepare you mentally for struggles, and it can give you completely different perspectives on things, but remember all things in moderation :)
