Ok i was masturbating the other day and I was wiping off the pre-cum (which is something I generally don't like). Since it was only on the head of my penis that is where the tissue went. I noticed that there was some blood inside the penis (not gushing blood it was like on the wall of the opening). It was not a lot and I figured that it is a sensitive area and it probably just became irritated or scratched when I wiped.

Should i get this checked out? I have not masturbated since just to be safe.
O yea another important thing to know is that i do have hemophilia in case that changes the situation at all. I would rather not go to a doctor or anything so if anyone has a hotline number I can call please say so.

If it doesn't go away or if every time you masturbate, blood comes out, go to a doctor immediately. Something could be wrong and you don't want to take a risk.

i dont know a hotline but if i were you i would see a docter. Im with you on the not liking hospitals i like to find any other way out but blood in your penis can be a verry serious situation sorry but you should see a docter in my opinion.

No this was a first time thing. It was a very small amount (if my penis was not somewhat opened i probably would not have noticed). It did not hurt or anything I want to be sure though.
