What 2 consenting people do in the privacy of their own homes is their own business. As long as no one is getting hurt.

The only time I'd be concerned about this is if it results form a history of abuse. Then, it wouldn't be so much a sexual thing as it would be a way of acting out some other emotional trauma, which would be best addressed in therapy.
