Jealousy... how to do it?

alright, my story is complicated, but here goes:
I've known this guy, w'll call him Brandon, for a long time, but we were never more than aquantiences (gosh, I cant spell for my life.). But then I got to talking to him and everything and we both found out that we had so much in common, and instantly became best friends. That was all last year, but then, I go to a K-8 school, and Brandon was a year older then I was, so he graduated and I got stuck at thet h3ll hole I cal school. I've been seeing him through various social activities, and will be going to High School at the school thats closley related to his. and I see him at church formals and what ot. The last time I saw him, I was SURE he was trying to make me jealous, and not I want to make him jealous, see how he reacts, if he really likes me or just likes toying with my emotions. anyone have an ideao on how to make him jealous exactly? i'm seeing him on February 6th, and on Feb 7th, so if you could respond, it would make me happy :)

Don't try to make him jealous. It won't get you anywhere.

For one thing, you don't even know if he was trying to make you jealous. You don't want to retaliate, and then feel like a jerk if you find out there was no reason to.

I suggest thinking about whether you actually did feel jealous, and why. Do you think you might have romantic feelings for this guy? If you do, it's definitely possible that you felt jealous on your own, without him having to try. In that case, you need to talk to him about it. Don't accuse him of trying to mess with you, just decide how strong your feelings are and whether you think he should know.

If you don't think you have feelings for him, that's one more reason not to try and make him jealous. You'll give him the wrong idea! You say this guy is your best friend. Don't jeopardize that just to "get back at him".
