I'am afraid i have phismosis even though I'm 13. Even when I'm erect it won't move and is like it's almost part of the head. I havent been curcumsized so it's not imposable to have it. Any suggestions?:whoops:

hey mate, its doubtful that you would. most guys foreskins are like this until puberty, the only thing that makes us notice this is constant erections, as you've found. the trick is to gently keep retracting it back. do it in the shower each day where its warm and over time, your foreskin will free itself from the head of your penis, where you'll be able to pull the foreskin right back (for cleaning and eventually condoms). don't force it to the point where it's painful, or you may do abit of damage. the exact same thing happened with me when i was your age, i freaked out too! hope this helps and good luck. :)

aid821 has it right on.
Un-circumcised boys can get this. Follow the advice he gave as I was only going to say it any way, and there be no point in repeating it!
If it still doesn't improve (which I can't see how it won't) doctors generally suggest circucision...as it's the best way. But luckily for you, I doubt that'll happen!
So go man go!

After the "Am I gay?" panic, this is the most frequently asked question.

Difficulty with retraction is very common. The foreskin is elastic, and like many things elastic, it needs to be stretched to work correctly. So, unless you've been retracting all along, what you've got now is actually 'normal'. It just needs to be worked a bit. Gentle retraction in the shower and when you urinate, over time.

As An FYI, if you just 'leave it alone' it probably will not loosen on it's own, if that were the case it would have happened already. If anything , as the penis growns and thickens, having an inelastic foreskin would make retraction even more difficult with time. So, it might be best to start as soon as you recognize the problem.

Also, technically speaking, early adolescent tightness is not really phimosis. Phimosis refers to the sudden inability to retract in someone who could previously retract, it's the result of something going 'wrong'. People tend to use the term phimosis as a descriptor of the problem (inability to retract) rather than as an indicator of a new problem.

You may not have phimosis. It's common for many boys to have this porblem. You may want to try pulling back the skin- not to cut it- and hold it there for a few minutes. After a while it may be able to stretch.
