Lately I have found my self checking out some guys I like and they have looked back at me. I don't know what they are thinking. They could be trying to say they like me too or trying to figure out why I keep looking at them. Something is defiantly going on when we look at each other and I'm sure they notice. I just cant give them any other clues that I like them without coming out and saying it. When I like some one, I try to talk to them more so we get to know each other better but they don't really talk to me. I don't know why but they don't. How else can I tell them with out really telling them? How can I tell what they are with out asking them?

Well I have the exact same thing. I look at some hot guy (lets say, the rugby player across from me in Maths) and he looks back at me. I persuade myself he's doing it cos he likes me back. Then I just think 'ohh, but its just me being negative, he obviously doesn't... or does he?' Naturally, that means anyone who looks at me, I think they fancy me.
I think its just hormones, and wanting that thrill of someone fancying me. But I do have the exact same problem lol.
Also, I found that most guys aren't that talkative. They never realyl keep the conversation going well unless they're real good friends with you or its something they're really interested in. Its natural and very unfortunate.
You could just ask one of their friends if they're bi/gay, and if they're not, just say you heard a rumour.

As for guy #1, we are not really close enough of friends to invite each other to hang out. Me and guy #2 are close enough and when he comes over for the night we usually j/o together. This time I'm going to ask him if he will let me jack him off and see if we can do more.
You could just ask one of their friends if they're bi/gay, and if they're not, just say you heard a rumour. That is a great idea that I will try soon.
I eat lunch with guy #2 every other day. Today at lunch he stared at my hands while I was opening up my cookies, he could have been day dreaming or looking at my hands because he did not want me to catch him looking at my face. He also had his hand half way across the table as if to see if I would grab it. I don't want to make a move and have my peers find out that I'm bi but I also don't want him to think I don't like him.

At master7chief, he probably does like you, I mean, was his hand like obviously stretched out towards you? If it was just put there lazily, it was probably just that, lazily.
But, don't convince yourself of anything, it can cause a lot of pain a waste an awful lot of emotions.
Of course, if it was obviously out stretched (there for no real logical reason) then he probably did want you to hold/touch it. What you could have done is thought of an 'accidental' way to touch it somehow, but not like hit it if you know what I mean, just like 'oh, sorry' and see what he does. That way, no one can accuse you of anything, because its a 'harmless mistake'
