Hey, Will again here with my 82nd post, 18th started thread. Unbeknownst to most people i write poetry! And i would like to share so of the things i wrote. I would love ALL feedback, wether it be positive or constructive criticism.
The Stars
Shining in the night,
They illuminate the dark,
Guiding sailors home,
Bringing joy to ones life.
Watching like a hawk,
Circling the north,
Changing slowly all the time,
Giving different horoscopes.
Rising in the east,
Setting in the west,
Rotating through space,
Legends told by every race.
Brilliantly deadly,
They gave us life,
But will take it away,
When they begin to fade.
Like reading a book,
You end up with a perspective,
But when you read closer,
You'll see more than expected.
They have always been there,
They will always be,
But we still watch them daily,
To maybe see,
If we can witness a change,
In the stars of the sea.
Just a Kiss
Your my best friend,
Your the one i love,
Your a person i can trust,
Your that special someone.
I love to think of you, when
I do i always smile.
I know that you'll be there for me, if
I need you for awhile.
Some people dont like it,
Some people ignore us,
Some people pretend,
So they can have the same friendship as us.
Although many annoy me about it,
And i cant always deny it,
And sometimes its true, I
Absolutely love you, but
All that matters, is what you and i think,
And so i must give in, and tell you this,
All I'm asking for, is just a little kiss.
